Terms of service

  • If a package is lost and does not have a tracking number, I am not responsible for the loss.
  • If your package gets lost and the shipping company returns the package to me, the buyer must pay ONLY the shipping costs in case the customer still wishes to receive it. I will notify the buyer if this is the case. 
  • I am not held accountable for international customs tax (if applicable). 
  • International tracking is only available up until the point your package leaves the U.S. Once it leaves the U.S., I no longer have access to it. 
  • I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges UNLESS I made a major mistake in your order, in which case, please contact me immediately to I can fix things to the best of my ability!
